The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity, alternative identities, or through shared devices — is strictly prohibited. luck33 employs device recognition, IP address monitoring, payment method cross-referencing, and KYC document matching to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, luck33 will close all but the earliest-registered account, void any bonus balances, and may void real money balances where evidence of fraudulent intent exists.
You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information — including but not limited to providing a false name, false date of birth, or an address that does not correspond to your actual place of residence — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. luck33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify luck33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. luck33 staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
As a condition of processing withdrawals, and at luck33's discretion at any earlier stage, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This KYC process is a mandatory obligation under luck33's international gaming license. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being flagged for review.

All bonus funds awarded by luck33 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
